Optimum — Reviewing Reviewers

Optimum made huge improvements to how they operated and served their customers. And customers noticed. Positive reviews were coming in. So to champion our customer’s loyalty and satisfaction,
we decided to review them back. 

To do this, we created Optimum’s first-ever brand spokesperson. I was involved in developing the spokesperson’s persona and in casting the role.
